Anderson-Reed Begins Construction of 30,000 MW Megareactor Near Las Vegas

Fri, Jul 9, 1993

We are proud to announce that we have begun construction plans for a second fission megareactor in the Nevada desert. The power plant, to be named Las Vegas Nuclear Station, is projected to be at least 30 Gigawatts. This is an incredible amount of power, and is something never before achieved.

While we are aware that Los Angeles Nuclear Station has not started producing power, it showed enough promise that Anderson-Reed Nuclear Corporation was able to secure a $5 billion deal to create a 30 GW reactor for the US government's assets in Nevada and the people of Las Vegas.

We are excited to break ground on this innovative project, and we will keep you updated with any developments.
