Power Lines
At Anderson-Reed, we strive to create a safe environment for reliable, efficient power distribution.

Safety

Safety is our top priority at Anderson-Reed. Nuclear power is still a very new and very chaotic source of energy, and accidents are bound to happen. That's why we are always up to date with requirements on workplace safety from the Occupational Safety and Hazards Administration, as well as nuclear requirements from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Several minor accidents have occured at Anderson-Reed facilities. Being open and honest about our shortcomings is one of our values as a company, and it's how we believe we can grow and prosper as a family, so make sure to read up on some of our mistakes.

Reliability

We're in the business of quality. We generate reliable, efficient power that has an uptime of 99.99%. In fact, we're so sure about our quality that for every minute of downtime customers experience, we'll give one kilowatt-hour of electricity to every customer — for free.

In the event that an outage is occuring, head to our outages panel to learn more.

Fairness

Anderson-Reed is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All decisions made regarding employment including (but not limited to) the decisions to hire, discipline, promote, or fire, will be entirely based on merit, performance, and the needs of the company. We do not discriminate based on race, sex or gender identity, religion, age, national origin, marital status, ancestry, disability, medical conditions, pregnancy, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any status protected under U.S. law.
